Oddly enough I had no idea this was happening. I often walk Mesa (the mini poodle) by the Rum River Dam in Anoka MN, and just saw a large gathering, and happened to be doubt 5 minutes out from this memorial event starting. As is typical, I had a few cameras on me.
The ceremony was really nice. They had people come up to be honored, and allowed Veterans to speak and tell their stories.
